Annuals
The term annual is applied to garden flowers that complete their life cycle in the span of one growing season. This means they come up in the spring, grow, flower, set seed and then die after the frosts in the fall.

Why Plant Annuals?

1. Annuals will generally bloom all summer. (most perennials have a 4-8 week bloom time.

2. Annuals can be purchased in a variety of sizes and colors. They can fill a space fast and provide instant gratification.

3. Annuals are great plants for hanging baskets, window boxes, patio planters and other containers.

4. Annuals are generally easy to care for.  Provide the right light conditions(check tags if you are unsure), water regularly(daily if in containers), and fertilize weekly (or use time released fertilizer).

5. They are soooooo Pretty!!!!
